How much will a medical visit cost?
At All Star Health & Wellness, we understand the frustration with high deductibles and getting medical bills in the mail. We wanted to help patients out by offering affordable cash pay medical services. Acute care visits/sick visits are $50 a visit not including add on’s. An add on may be an injection, fluids, labs, or other testing. These tests and meds have very reasonable cost. If the patient needs an add on med, lab, or testing, the pricing is discussed individually with the patient.
DOT physicals are $75
Drug Screens are $50
Sports Physicals are $10

How much will a weight loss or IV hydration visit cost?
All patients are medically assessed to decide if the weight loss program is right for the patient. Weight Loss visits are $50 a month with minimum of 3 months. Patients receive a medical exam with vital signs and body measurements, and initial labs (if no recent labs were obtained). The add on will be the $10 each weekly injections that help to promote weight loss. This is patient preference and also based on patient’s health status. These include vitamin b12 injections and Lipo Mini injections. These can be given weekly or biweekly depending on the patient’s health status.
IV hydration is an amazing source of vitamins that is given IV. Research shows that taking vitamins by mouth, the body does not absorb vitamins as well as getting vitamins through an IV. There are different IV nutrition hydration options. Different options include IVs to improve mental clarity, to help with hangover symptoms, to build immune system, help with flu/cold symptoms, and to overall regenerate the body by improving energy.
There is also an antioxidant injection that helps improve how your skin looks and feels and improving to a youthful appearance after a series of treatments.
Do you accept insurance?
At this time, we do not accept insurance and we are not responsible for sending in any information to an insurance company or 3rd party company.
We do not accept active medicaid or medicare patients. This is a guideline that some cash price practices are required to abide by.
What do I bring in for my DOT physical?
Please visit the website at http://www.allstarhealthsc. com and click the services tab. You will see the DOT section and under that, a form will be there that has the requirements needed before your DOT physical exam. You may also contact the office at 843-672-2413 for more information.
Do you accept walk ins?
We do appointments only. This allows adequate time for all patients, so patients do not feel like an assembly line. Are you able to refill my medication?
This will be considered a primary care visit and yes we do accept stable primary care appointments. High-risk patients will not be accepted due to this facility is not equipped with specialist or imaging on site to manage high risk patients, they will need to be referred to a higher level of care service.
What do you consider high risk patients?
High risk patients are patients with multiple chronic medical conditions. These may include uncontrolled diabetes, dialysis, chest pains, severe cardiac disease, end stage lung disease, severe shortness of breath, severe abdominal pain, frequent falls, multiple surgeries, or someone that is following multiple specialists. These patients will need to seek care at an emergency department and/or seek care at their medical provider’s office.
Do you do xray/imaging?
We do not have an xray or any imaging machines on site. The provider is qualified to write an outpatient imaging order for imgaing if needed.
What ages do you see?
We see ages 6 months and older.
Do you provide rapid covid test or any other respiratory tests?
No, not at the time but if it’s a high need in the future we will look into this accordingly. We do have in-house testing like Flu test and Strep or Throat Culture test.
How much is botox and what's the different in botox and xeomin?
Botox and Xeomin are both neurotoxins that help reduce fine lines and wrinkles. They both work great, and they are from different companies.
Each patient is different, but in most cases these injections can be given every 3 months.
Botox is $10 a unit
Xeomin is $9 a unit

How many units will I need?
Each patient is different. It depends on the area that concerns you the most and how advanced the wrinkles are. Each patient is assessed and given recommendations of how many units are needed in the concerning area. Some patients want this as a preventative meausre to prevent wrinkles. Again, the number of units varies to each patient.
Do you do lip fillers?
Yes we offer fillers for the lips, nasolabial folds and facial/cheek regions.
What is microneedling?
Microneedling is a cosmetic procedure that involves pricking the skin with tiny, sterilized needles. These small very tiny wounds cause your body to make more collagen and elastin, which helps you look younger. Microneedling helps to reduce fine lines/wrinkles, minimize scars, reduce large pores and improve discoloration of the skin. In most cases more than 1 treatment is needed to help maximize results.
What is PRP hair treatment?
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy is an excellent method to help reduce hair loss. A patient’s blood is drawn and processed. The processed blood is injected into the scalp and research has shown the PRP helps to naturally trigger hair growth and maintain it by increasing blood supply to the hair follicle. This procedure may also help increase the thickness of the hair shaft. This procedure usually requires 4-6 treatments with each treatment about 4-6 weeks apart.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit card, debit card, HSA cards and checks. Any returned check is a $30 charge.
